Dear all I seem to remember having seen a very recent preprint on the ArXiv by one of the frequent contributors to this list (sorry I forgot whom), where something resembling \lfloor (3/2)^k \rfloor occurred. Does someone remember the reference? many thanks in advance jean-paul
