Since the terms are all even, one should also look for the sequence of the halved values: 1, 5, 17, 61,189. I don't whether you did that, but I just did, and it is also not in the OEIS.

My manual counts are 2, 10, 34, 122, 378, enough to see that this is not in
the OEIS. (Of course each term is even because it is a sum of (A000219(n))
positive powers of 2.)
