Just an A228474 update. My graph at http://chesswanks.com/num/a228474.png now goes up to 217865. I got around the unknown at a(36618) by plotting it at 7*10^12, adding lines to join the points, then removing the top of the graph so that the point doesn't show (just the line going up).

My working a-file now goes up to 537660 but there are 190 unknowns. A cluster of 185 appear from 217866 to 218050. The other five are at 36618, 274788, 275164, 407340, and 417267.
