This seems like an arbitrary encoding of a non-mathematical entity.

As such, it seems really unlikely somebody will ever search these 
sequences in OEIS.

Imho, the whole matter is more suitable for a personal blog page.

In general, I'm personally against introducing further non-mathematical 
sequences in OEIS.
