On Wikipedia there is a "bot" (automated editor) that goes around adding
archive.org urls for citations to dead sites.

Also, when a site has not been archived at archive.org, archiving can be
requested and happens immediately.  This is achieved by visiting a url
like this:
      https://web.archive.org/save/URL_TO_SAVE

Here URL_TO_SAVE includes the protocol, for example
      https://web.archive.org/save/http://www.pleasesavethis.org

I wonder if this should be a standard procedure for links on OEIS.
