As others have noted, it seems a bit of a waste of time to chase down
URLs for the OEIS. This is a race we cannot win.

Yet another problem is censoring internet providers.
Case in point: Vodafone blocking several libgen.* hosts
(following a court order).
Luckily, they do this only on DNS level.
On Linux (Debian) add a line
prepend domain-name-servers 9.9.9.9, 4.4.4.4, 8.8.8.8;
in the file /etc/dhcp/dhclient.conf
(and restart your network: ifdown/ifup).

For those (rightfully) distrusting google's servers (second and
third entry) other name servers are available.

Best regards,   jj
