[seqfan] The black hole in the A-numbering

Dear SeqFans, When you ask for new A-numbers, could you please ask for one
at a time, rather than getting a block?

The reason is that there is a black hole in the A-numbers that have been
used, which extends from about A306863 to A310000.  If you take one
A-number at a time, they get assigned from this region, and eventually we
will get rid of the black hole.

But if you ask for a *block* of A-numbers, they come off the top of the
dispenser, meaning around A324***, and the black hole is unchanged.
