Dear Sequence Fans,
I would rather not add any comments to A233552 about why it is dead, or
what the author may or may not have intended.  We never do that, for a
number of good reasons.  Dead is dead.

The corrected version is A308177.  If people want to add comments there
about the certificates that the terms are correct, including mentioning the
covering congruences, please go ahead.  These could be enhanced by text
files attached to the sequence.
