I have found a reasonably efficient algorithm to compute the terms of the
sequence in question, using the periodicity of powers of 10 modulo n, so I
am proposing the sequence as A308466 <https://oeis.org/draft/A308466>. I
will mark it as ready for review after I double check my Python script.
