I observe that the "(up to offset)" is basically just due to a difference of unstated assumptions between the two sequences' descriptions - A026317's would need to be prefixed with "Numbers n >= 0 such that " and A327135's amended to "Numbers k > 0 such that ..." to state those assumptions explicitly. Assuming that the fact that the two sequences are essentially identical results in some edits being made to them, it might be worth tightening up the descriptions in the process.
