[seqfan] Re: Numbers that are the sum of x nonzero y-th powers

Maximilan said (correctly) that

Now we need a global search & replace "are the form of x " ==> " are the
sum of x".

I am willing to do this, but let's wait until all the editing of these
sequences is finished. (Is it already finished?  David?)
