Sorry for the delay. Editors: see A229451. I only entered the original
sequence, and invite C. R. Drost to enter the interesting variants
described in their message upthread.

I have some rather wordy Haskell code which I would be glad to share, but
it didn't seem terse enough to contribute to the "Program" section. It
would be lovely if people would contribute code.
