[seqfan] Neusis construction - A122254/A048136 with/out 11,22?

cites "modified versions" of
A122254 Numbers with 3-smooth Euler's totient (A000010)
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14
and the complementary
A048136 Tomahawk-nonconstructible n-gons.
*11, 22*, 23, 25, 29
and they refer to a publication from 2014 where
Benjamin and Snyder prove that the 11-gon (and hence
the 22-gon) can also be constructed with neusies (cf.
the links below).
I was tempted to change both sequences right away,
but I should better ask the mathematical gurus
before:
- Are 3-smooth Euler's totient, neusis and tomahawk
construction equivalent?
- Is it reasonable to move 11 and 22 from A048136
to A122254, and to augment the comments, or
- Should our 2 sequences be copied to new ones, and
Wikipedia be changed accordingly?
