If we look at A338166 data, we first see 2 terms 1818 and 8181 that are the 2-repetition of a 2_digit integer : 18 and 81. 
Later, we see 484848, 565656 and 848484, that are the 3-repetitions of 48, 56 and 84. 
Can we find other such 2-digit integers ? 
Yes, there are 37 (12) and 73 (12), and also 13 (15), 26 (15), 31 (15), 39 (15), 62 (15), 93 (15). 
So we have these 2-digit integers 13, 18, 26, 31, 37, 39, 48, 56, 62, 65, 73, 81, 84, and 93 for which there is a k-repetition that belongs to A338166. 
Is there an easy way to find other 2-digits with higher repetitions ? 
Can we say for sure that some integers are not in this list ?
