The numbers following the status are an indication of how much has changed
as a result of the submission.  41 lines have been added and 2 deleted --
at least according to some way of measuring the scope of the change.

The "reviewed" status means some editor has decided the change looks ready
to be published, and that it is now pending a final review (although any
editor could yet propose more changes).
