[seqfan] Re: Sequence similar to one already published

I don't think the proposed sequence is any goofier than thousands of other
number-representation-concatenation games OEIS already archives. One thing
that I would like to see in such an entry would be an existence proof --
that there is, in fact, an answer for all N > 3.

If the proposed sequence has k = 13, and the existence proof goes through,
then obviously other sequences could be constructed for other k. For
example, k = 7 gives (by unreliable back-of-the-envelope calculation) 21,
231, 3241 ..., which is not in OEIS either. In fact, for k = 2, we get the
silly 12, 132, 1234, 12354, ... which also isn't in OEIS. What makes k = 13
especially interesting in this respect?
