I haven't gone further than \omega_6 and \omega_3 for +60 eegrees and
+120 degrees, and powers of them.  (And w6 or w3 in ascii.)

Davis and Knuth in connection with terdragon (reference in A349040) use set

    1, -1, omega, -omega, psi, -psi

with omega as +120 deg, psi as +240 deg, and the negatives written
\overline{}.  But they're in a "base" 2+omega (distance sqrt(3)) and a
rule about what "digit" may follow what, as opposed to an overall order
or numbering of the 6 directions.
