That's A097061 is it?  Looks wrong, apparently expressing only
not-Niven-ness.  (Formula looks distinctly fishy too, without
being quite sure.)

A search for "pseudocode" throws up A121090, without tag.
No offence to the author, but doesn't look useful.
Formula like a(n) = A007732(A085837(n)) could say enough.
