[seqfan] About conjectures of Simon Plouffe and Vaclav Kotesovec.

Plouffe has conjectured the value of

    Sum_{n>=1} sigma_(k)(n) / exp(2*Pi*n)

for various k > 0 in a series of contributions to the OEIS.

These culminated recently in a formula that can be understood
as a representation of the Bernoulli numbers.

Shortly after the publication of Plouffe's last contribution,
Kotesovec published a far-reaching generalization of these
observations in https://oeis.org/A362870 .
