[seqfan] new dragon conjecture

Hiya seqfans,

A pi-day detour led me to discover that https://oeis.org/A279645 and
https://oeis.org/A014577 could be related, essentially by a summation
transform of the first into the second.

The basic idea was to make a spigot algorithm for streaming digits out
to a display peripheral. Hidden data necessary for the spigot to work
turned out (apparently) equivalent to A279645.

I didn't try to prove it, and I don't know how difficult it would be. Does
anyone around here want to take a crack at it? Is A279645 truly the
"spigot differences" of A014577?
