It looks like it is the average of the larger member of the last two twin
prime pairs.<br><br>

5 7 average of 5 and 7 = 6<br>
11 13 average of 7 and 13 = 10<br>
17 19 average of 13 and 19 = 16<br><br>
etc. Perhaps that is why it is marked "obsc", it needs a
clearer description.<br><br>
