[seqfan] New Features in the online EIS

As many of you are already aware,
Neil has recently improved the Online EIS in several
ways:

- - An online form for submitting a sequence or sending comments.
(the french version is available)

- - A color coding of the sequences in the HTML pages of the complete
database.

- - The random pick of a sequence can now be made among a smaller,
more "interesting" subset of the database.


By the way, Neil, what is the criteria for this "highlight" selection ?

And you, dear members, have you any comments on these new features,
further suggestions, perhaps ?
