The current hassle with embperl makes one more reason for the
sequences server to split off from AT&T. Currently, "sequences.org"
is still available as a domain. Combine the two together and you
could have "http://www.sequences.org/" as the primary sequences
server. Sooner or later someone will register the "sequences.org"
domain. Perhaps the Human Genome project will acquire it. Perhaps
some commercial outfit. Who knows? Shalom, Michael
