I didn't find it in the Fermat factors page at:

            http://vamri.xray.ufl.edu/proths/fermat.html

The new factors discovered on last Nov./Dec. are:

On November 16, 1999, Charles F. Kerchner III found a new factor

of a Fermat number using a program developed by himself:
                               8247 * 2^9324 + 1 divides F9322.

On December 22, 1999, Kerchner found another factor:
                             173373 * 2^4252 + 1 divides F4250.
