changes to lookup

Dear SeqFans,
I have made some changes to the programs that return
the internal format,

The most important being that they work correctly now even
if the entry contains a less than sign that
is not followed by an equals sign.

i also fixed sime bugs in many other cgi scripts having to do
with less than and greater than signs, and
with links.

i also improved some things in the French version of the
lookup pages (though these still lag behind
the English versions)

VERY LONG LINES
When you look up the internal format, you will see that the
lines are now broken (with a forced newline) after 120 chars.
This stops them scrolling sideways for several metres.

On the other hand this may be a nuisance for people
who are working with the internal format.


Please tell me if you notice any bugs with the new
versons, and also if you don't (or do) like
the very long lines being chopped up.
