Yes, I use it.  I've made a few modifications:

   Add current date to the %A line.

   Delete error message if no Name is given.  (I often use EISFormat just
   to generate the %S, ..., %X lines when I'm changing an existing sequence.)

   Change $EISMaxLen from 80 to 81.  (That seems to be Neil's preference.)
