I recently was suggested to use '@' instead
of '@' for the AT symbol. Similarly for the DOT
this can be replaced by '.'. And to beat
smart bots who scan for the 'mailto:' section in
webpages one character can be replaced with its
corresponding ascii code. The main advantage I see
is that all browsers still display the address
correctly regardless size of fonts.

Example :

mailto:pdg@worldofnumbers.com

Has this method already been discussed ?
