The Math Reviews web site gives abstracts, of course,
and this would cover a large fraction
of the %D lines. Maybe 30%, at a guess.

But not everyone can get access to MR.

Same thing for the Zentralblatt f. Math.

I can use MR but not ZfM

MR is http://www.ams.org/mathscinet/search

ZfM is http://www.emis.de/ZMATH/

Many more abstracts can be found at CiteSeer
http://citeseer.nj.nec.com/cs

Many sequences refer to a small number of books:

Stanley, Comtet, Guy, Riordan, Graham-Knuth-P.,

and it would be nice if these were available on-line.

The new version of Abramowitz and Stegun, Tables, will be
on-line one day, I hope.

I am certainly willing to include abstracts of %D lines on the OEIS web site.
