I'm sure this is an old question, but: I have in mind running some tests on sequences and would like to be able to obtain a file of sequences (stripped of all formatting) suitable for reading into a program which will apply the test to each sequence in the file. Is there an easy way to get such a bunch of sequence from the EIS? --Edwin
