%I A080517
%S A080517 1,3,4,5,7,9,10,11,12,13,15,16,17,20,21,22
%N A080517 T is the first, third, fourth, fifth, seventh, ... consonant
	   in this sentence, not counting spaces or commas.

    It plainly isn't; and why would you count spaces and commas, anyway?

%I A080518
%S A080518 1,2,6,8,13,15,19,23,24
%N A080518 E is the first, second, sixth, eighth, thirteenth, fifteenth,
	   ... vowel in this sentence, not counting spaces or commas.

    Ditto.

    Perhaps one meant to say,

1 3 8 9 15 19 23 25 29 31 33 36 37 41 44 47 49 52 55 57 60
64 65 68 69 73 76 79 81 84 88 92 96 99 102 106 110 114 117
121 128 131 135 139 143 144 148 151 155 158 162 165 169 172
177 178 185 188 193 196 200 204 207 210 214 217 221 228 231

T is the first, third, eighth, ninth, fifteenth, nineteenth,
twenty-third, twenty-fifth, twenty-ninth, thirty-first, thirty-third,
thirty-sixth, thirty-seventh, forty-first, forty-fourth, forty-seventh,
forty-ninth, fifty-second, fifty-fifth, fifty-seventh, sixtieth,
sixty-fourth, sixty-fifth, sixty-eighth, sixty-ninth, seventy-third,
seventy-sixth, seventy-ninth, eighty-first, eighty-fourth,
eighty-eighth, ninety-second, ninety-sixth, ninety-ninth, one hundred
and second, ... consonant of this sentence (since 'y' is always a vowel
in numeric words).

    Further,

E is the first, third, ... vowel of this sentence.
But not the fourth nor fifth;
can't be sixth (because then 'I' would be sixth);
can't be seventh nor eighth (because then E's also sixth); ...

We're not necessarily stuck, since E might be the ninth and
thirty-second vowels. But its harder to work out the sequence, and it
might not be unique nor infinite.
