Me:  Yes


Is the original author of a sequence permitted to check an
extension to their sequence before it is accepted?


Me:  You mean do i consult the original submitter before
changing a sequence?  The answer is No.  But I do give 
documentation for major changes, as in
"Sequence corrected by XXX" or "More terms from YYY"
or "Formula corrected by ZZZ"
