Gordon Royle said:

Should we try to encourage a convention whereby it is always *explicit*
about whether a sequence refers to labelled or unlabelled graphs?

Me:
My convention is that things are unlabeled by default.
That was what I used in the two books.

But space was scarce there. Now I am happy to get more
explicit descriptions.

Then Gordon said:

Suppose a
careful and conscientious contributor A submits a correct sequence, which is
hastily extended by the slapdash and careless contributor B. Would it be
reasonable for the comment to say "Extended from n=17 by B", rather than
just "Extended by B", so that A doesn't have his or her name associated with
incorrect terms of a sequence?

Me:
The answer is yes, but in practice we don't have the
staff to make that kind of detailed updating.
In fact we don't have any staff.
It is just me, and the number of new sequences and comments
are steadily increasing. Here is what arrived since 00:00 Thursday:

The messages with subject line COMMENT are from the web page that
people use to send in comments and new sequences (that makes it easier for
me to process comments)

There are another 80 messages from the same period that contain
new sequences, and are also waiting to be processed.

It is early Saturday here, so that's all from a period
of about 56 hours.

So I have to assume that contributors are careful. I don't
have time to check that what they say is correct.
Of course I do check that each message /appears/ to be correct.
