Here is a simple solution:

Add another button like
"Show internal format for above sequence?" [Yes]
to the bottom of each entry,
with a text
"Show all references to this sequence?" [Yes]

with that button containing a link like:

http://www.research.att.com/cgi-bin/access.cgi/as/njas/sequences/eisword.cgi?word=A000045&maxhit=99999

where of course A000045 would be replaced each time by the
corresponding A-number of the sequence.
