I doublechecked your computations below.

I computed with my PowerMac G5, the coefficients of the exponential gf 
of
> G:=exp(-1+(exp(z)-1)/2)*sum(exp(s*(s-1)*z/2)/s!,s=0..infinity);
up to degree 11 and I obtained

1, 1, 3, 16, 139, 1750, 29388, 624889, 16255738, 504717929, 18353177160,

   769917601384

Which coincides with the corresponding terms of my sequence A020554.

So that it comfirms that A002719  is an incorrect version of sequence 
A020554.
