[math-fun] divisor chains counts fixed

The sequence fans have got left out of the loop, and
my original intention was to put a sequence in the OEIS.

There are two sequences -- one for the numbers of chains
of length  n,  starting with  n,  and one for the
numbers of chains of length  n  with any start.    R.
