I can't let those assertions from Simon Plouffe go unchallenged!

My analysis would give totally different results.

For example, Abramowitz and Stegun is cited 667 times.
"Sphere Packings, Lattices and Groups" is cited 411 times.
Of course those are books - and I didn't even check to see which books
are cited most often.

The paper

Not that these numbers mean much.  But Simon's numbers 
are misleading.
