SeqFans, Neil,

yes I can confirm that the virus scanner seems even to block regular
mails sent to Neil. I just tried to send an e-mail to Neil. I got the
attached reply.

The content of the message was as follows:

Neil,

after reading your message about the troubles with the submit webpage, I
checked my last submissions and found that A112859, that I had submitted
via the webpage form has not made into the database.
But the reason might be different from the current problem. I tried to
reconstruct what could have happened and found that after reserving a
range of A-numbers:

Email address: hugo at pfoertner.org
Remote address: 84.153.12.141
QQQ%%%ZZZ 84.153.12.141 got 12 numbers, 112853 through 112864. Next free
is 112865

I probably had a typo in my E-mail address that I used during the
submission (hugop at pfoertner.org instead of hugo at pfoertner.org).

When I noticed that I didn't get the usual confirmation e-mail, I
resubmitted the sequence, this time with the correct e-mail address, but
again no reply. It seems to me that the wrong e-mail used for a
dispenser supplied A-number creates a permanent blockade thus locking
the A-number for a resubmission by the person that had reserved the
A-number range.

Could you please add the attached sequence manually?

Thanks and best regards

Hugo
