The page(s) for contributing a new sequence still say that the database 
has over 60000 sequences.  While this is true statement, it might look 
less silly to update this to 100000.

Also, with the proliferation of PARI in recent years, it would be nice 
if a PARI formatting script was available, as well as the Maple and 
Mathematica scripts.

Finally, I am continually annoyed by having to make an extra click and 
round-trip to the server to get a clear form.  I don't know of any good 
way around this, other than to make the clear form the default, with an 
option to go to the sample form.
