Ah, but A000027 already IS duplicated (essentially) - at A001477.  We 
don't need another one.

As far as I'm concerned, if Neil sees a great choice to be A123456 in 
the next couple of months, and feels like making it so, that's fine.  
If he doesn't (to either part), that's fine too.

I hate duplicates as much as anyone. But A27 is such an important
sequence, that if ANY sequence is to be duplicated, A27 should be.
