A123456

I suggest that a bona fide new sequence (not a duplicate of a sequence
already in the table) that rates both keywords "base" and "nice"
should be A123456. Otherwise, let it be whatever chance would've made
it.

As for duplicating A27, I agree that that's a bad idea: it has enough
duplicates as it is. There's the already mentioned A1477, and there's
also A023443, n - 1.
