Ratio bounds

Take n distinct points in the plane. We have C(n,2) distances d_i.
Denote d = min(d_i), D = max(d_i), S - the sum of all d_i. Find:
1. The smallest value for the ratio D/d.
2. The smallest value for the ratio S/d.
3.1 The smallest value for the ratio S/D (n-1 as inf)
3.2 The greatest value for the ratio S/D.
