Ratio bounds

 Take n distinct points in the plane. We have C(2,n) distances d_i.
Denote d = min(d_i), D = max(d_i), S - the sum of all d_i.
One can define the following strings:
1. The smallest integer value for the ratio D/d as a1(n).
2. The smallest integer value for the ratio S/d as a2(n).
3.1 The smallest integer value for the ratio S/D as a31(n). (a31) >= n-1)
3.2 The greatest integer value for the ratio S/D as a32(n). (a(32) <=
C(2,n))
There is an explicit formula for these?
Are these of interest, should I add them to OEIS?
