It's your mail reader (presumably Yahoo! Mail).
The usual suggestion with such things is to add
the email address sending the mail to your contacts
list, and then Yahoo will treat mail from that address
better.

In this case the email address is oeis at research.att.com,
so add that to your contacts list.
