Reply from OEIS goes to BULK folder - why?

I did exactly as he said:

put in the oeis address into address list -
and it works!

Other minor thing:
why not to right simply "OEIS" in reply address
not to take several lines in message list by
"On-Line Enc... Int... Seq..."?
