Prime sequence of interest

I don't have time to mess with this right now, but I thought the idea was interesting and might be worth exploring:

Primes p such that prime q > p implies nextPrime(q)/q < nextPrime(p)/p.

Essentially, these are the primes p that establish bounds on the relative gaps between larger primes.

I'm pretty sure each of these p must be the lower prime of the first prime gap of size k, e.g, these p form a subsequence of A000230.
