have been:

and not 

Numbers n such that n is not a quadratic residue of 2^n - n^2 (mod n).

Of course

Numbers n such that (2^n - n^2 (mod n)) is not a quadratic residue mod n,

is the same as

Numbers n such that 2^n is not a quadratic residue mod n

which indeed is A047621.
