Mean of 10^9 consecutive primes?

Neil, Seqfans,

Sure, it's all up to Neil,
accept or not any SEQ*),
but anyone'd admit that 10^6 or 10^9
ain't "large but arbitrary parameter".

Besides, why not to wonder
when we'll know sum of first 10^12 or 10^15 primes,
even the values ain't worth accepting to OEIS.

That's why I suggested repeatedly
to have file with "received" SEQs
and include in the main database only "accepted" SEQs
(with at least one co-editor's approval).
