Need help with a pair of possible duplicates

Seqfans,  I have just finished going through
Andrew Plewe's list ihis message of
apr 23 with subject line
Subject: duplicate hunting cont., pt3

The resuklts will not be visible in the oeis for about 30 minutes

but there is one pair that i cannot resolve

are A056215 and A098677 the same?

they are both submitted by Bob Wilson.
But one mentions primes and the other does noyÃxxx 
does not

are they tghe saem?
