a new puzzle sequence

... and I'm not sure what the best way to fix them is.

The title of the sequence is "Distance to nearest square equals exactly
1."; but from that definition, 0 should not be in the sequence - since
the distance from 0 to the nearest square is 0, not 1. One could fix
this to "Distance to nearest positive square equals exactly 1", but
this seems artificial to me.

On the other hand, there is the comment: "union of A005563 and
A002522", which is also not correct, as 1 is in A002522 but not in
A087279. It would be possible to retitle A087279 to something like:
"Numbers differing by 1 from a square.", and include 1, making the
comment correct. It would then be necessary to correct the formula
that follows in the comment, as well as the formula in the formula
section.

Any opinions?
