There is no such "standard" places. Usually there are many options
depending on the origin of sequences.
For sequences in general you can try Journal of Integer Sequences:

For Fibonacci-related sequences you can try The Fibonacci Quarterly:
http://www.engineering.sdstate.edu/~fib/
For sequences related to combinatorics you can try The Electronic
Journal of Combinatorics: http://www.combinatorics.org/
etc. etc. etc.

Here you can use the "standard" http://arxiv.org/ (assuming that your
papers contain at least some math).
